we are a small hobby farm located in Mooers Forks, NY. we breed and own MGR fainting goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and a quarter horse. we are settled on 5 acres of grass and woodland. this farm was started in 2008 and it originally started out with just chickens, but as time went on we started adding beagles and the fainting goats to the group. i believe if i sell you and animal that will need regular vet care and other care, that i, as a breeder, am here to supply you with that knowledge for you to take with you as well.
i sell baby chicks most of the year. NYS law says i cannot sell less then 6 chicks. so must be atleast 6 you purchase. they are barnyard mixes but i am very good at determining what they mostly are. the goats all get vaccinated for CDT, Rabies, and a shot of BoSe – this is a selenium and vitamin E booster commonly given to goats residing in selenium deficient areas. It is necessary to maintain muscle tone in adults, and prevent “white muscle disease” in kids. i do live in a selenium deficient area thats why they get the shot and also have a block to help out with the selenium. they also get regular vet visits and hoof care regularly. they will come with registration papers and transfer papers for the new owners. if you purchase a beagle puppy from us they too all get regular vet visits and AKC paperwork. i can get copies of the vet visits for you also. in buying either of these you must provide me with vet references unless otherwise determined between me and the buyer. i am always willing to do trades with my goats but must be something im looking for or of equal value. if you want to know more email me or call and leave a message.
